Cinnamon biscuits
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter (at room temperature)
3/4 cup (tea) brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups of flour (wheat)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode
In a bowl, mix butter and brown sugar. Add egg and stir. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until a uniform consistency is obtained. Make balls with the same dough and put them in a rotating place, leaving a big space between them. If using a refractory diameter of 20 cm, put in the limit of five balls of dough at the same time. Place each ball with a fork passed through the flour. Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon. Microwave on high heat for one minute. Turn it off, wait a minute and turn it back on for another minute. Remove and let cool until soft. Remove the cookies from the refractory with the help of a spatula.

Ingredients
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of salt
2 and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
chopped olives
Preparation mode
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix with your hands. Spread on a baking sheet and, with the help of a rolling pin, put the dough everywhere on the surface. Mark the squares with a knife. Bake in the oven on high heat for 15 minutes or until golden. Let cool and serve.

Sugar Free Oatmeal and Apple Cookies
Ingredients
apple sauce without sugar
2 cups of apple (peeled and cut into pieces)
100 ml of apple juice
1 teaspoon (s) cinnamon powder
Cookies
½ cup whole wheat flour (wholemeal)
½ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
1 and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
1 cup seedless raisins
1 teaspoon of cloves
1 pinch of black pepper
½ cup oatmeal
½ cup unsweetened applesauce (optional)
¼ cup (tea) of coconut oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Coconut oil for lubrication
Preparation mode
In a pan put apple, cinnamon and juice. Cook on medium heat until the apple is very soft, about 45 minutes. In a bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, oats, raisins, bicarbonate of soda, salt and cloves. Add the ripe apple, coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract and mix well. Divide into units and put in the form of grease with coconut oil and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 10 or 12 minutes.

Cocoa and almond cookies
Ingredients
2 cups of water

¼ cup coconut oil

3 eggs

2 cups of almond flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda

Add water to the pan and turn on the flame. Add the butter, coconut oil and honey and mix well until it melts. Remove from heat and let rest. Turn the oven to medium temperature. 1 cup crystal sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
Filling
1 cup hazelnut cream
1 cup chocolate chips

Wholemeal biscuit with rye flour
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups of warm water
2 heaping spoons of organic yeast
1 egg
Less than 1/2 teaspoon oil or olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 cup of rye flour
1 cup oat flakes
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup white wheat flour
100 g Brazil nuts or cashews, roughly chopped (optional)
Preparation mode
Mix everything and knead well. Let it rest until it doubles in size, covered with moisture in a warm oven and off (about 30 minutes). Place the dough on a bright surface, roll with a rolling pin and make cookies by cutting with molds or glass mouth. Arrange on a tray and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes, until brown. Nutella Biscuits
Ingredients
100g unsalted butter at room temperature
1/4 cup (tea) of sugar
1 and 1/3 cups of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
Nutella taste
Preparation mode
Mix everything until it becomes a smooth dough. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up. Shape the cookies into balls and when you put them in the form, flatten them with your fingers. Bake in a preheated oven at 200º for 10 minutes or until brown. When they come out of the oven, the cookies will be soft, leave them on the baking sheet for 3 minutes and remove them carefully, after they cool they are very good. Then just fill them with Nutella.
