Arugula Salad with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

• 70g of gorgonzola (you can add more or less to taste)
• 1/2 box of cream (100g)
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 spoons (soup) of lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste (be careful with salt, because gorgonzola is usually more salty)

Climbing
• Arugula
• Roasted almonds or walnuts

Preparation mode
In a bowl, mash the gorgonzola with a fork until it becomes creamy.
Now add cream, oil and lemon.
Add salt and pepper and mix everything well until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
Now just mix the salad by adding arugula and finishing with chestnuts.

Potato salad with Gorgonzola

Ingredients
• 700g potatoes cut into medium pieces (weight without skin)
• 1 lemon squeeze
• 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 100g of gorgonzola
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Green aroma to taste

Preparation mode
Boil the potatoes in water until they are soft.
When you get there, run them under cold water to stop cooking and transfer to a container.
Squeeze a lemon over the potatoes and add the mustard, olive oil and gorgonzola.
Season everything with salt, black pepper and green spices to taste and mix well.
Finish with a little gorgonzola and mix well.
After that, just worship.

Spring salad with garlic dressing

Ingredients
• 2 crushed garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (see how to make it at home!)
• 1 teaspoon of mustard
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste

Climbing
• 100g of fried pork
• 2 slices of bread cut into cubes
• Lettuce 1 ice
• Grated Parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation mode
Sauce, in a container put garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and olive oil.
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well (be careful with salt, as mayonnaise tends to be salty). Reserve

Climbing
In a frying pan, fry the pork until it is golden and crispy.
Remove excess fat and reserve pork.
In the same pan, put the bread cut into cubes and cook until golden and crispy on all sides. Reserve
Place the lettuce leaves on a plate or salad bowl, spread the dressing and place the croutons and bacon on top.
Finish everything with grated parmesan and serve.

If you are a vegetarian, you can replace the pork with other nuts.

A simple and healthy pasta salad

Ingredients
• 500g of cooked pasta (half a packet)
• 200g of sliced ​​pork
• 300g of mozzarella, cut into cubes
• 1/2 chopped onion
• 1 can of green corn (200g)
• 1 chopped seedless tomato
• 10 sliced ​​olives
• 1 jar of mayonnaise (500g)
• 1 cup of curd (200g)
• Green aroma to taste
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Olive oil to taste

Preparation mode
Cook the macaroni according to the package directions and run it under cold water to stop the cooking.
Let it cool down completely and then, in a container, put pasta, pork, mozzarella, onions, corn, tomatoes, olives, green spices, salt and black pepper to taste, and sprinkle everything with olive oil.
Then mix well and spread the spices and add mayonnaise and curd and mix again.
After that, leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to discover and then just serve.
