- 100 g of black olives
- 50 g anchovy fillets

- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 250 g cubed white cheese

- 1/2 cup (tea) of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- salt to taste
Preparation mode
Arrange the escarole, lettuce, tomato and cucumber on a plate. Add black olives, sliced anchovy fillets, chopped chives, capers and cheese on top. For the sauce, combine oil, vinegar, oregano and salt in a bowl. Drizzle the salad with the dressing when serving.

- Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 cup prosciutto (small cubes)
- 1 cup mortadella, in small cubes
- 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
- 1/2 cup canned corn (drained)
- 1 cup (tea) of mayonnaise
- 2 cans of sour cream
- 1 packet of powdered chicken stock
Preparation mode
In a bowl, combine pasta, mozzarella, pork, bologna, tomatoes and peas.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, spices, salt, pepper and parsley. Add to pasta ingredients and mix until smooth.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Garnish as desired and serve.

- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
Preparation mode
In a bowl, combine chicken, potato, green beans, carrots, raisins and apricots. Divide into salad bowls or plates and set aside. Sprinkle yogurt with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour the salad, sprinkle with parsley, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. worship

- 2 teaspoons of chili pepper, chopped herbs
- salt to taste
Preparation mode
In a bowl, combine the drained chicken, ricotta, olive oil, parsley and pepper. Mix well. Add salt to taste, mix again. Serve immediately. Tips: if you want to soften the taste of pepper, remove the seeds and membrane from it.
