- 1 cup zucchini (cooked and chopped)
- 1/2 cup mint (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Preparation mode
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Add other ingredients and mix. Adjust the salt and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve, if desired, garnished with lettuce and mint leaves.

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 cups of mayonnaise
- Red onion and chopped parsley to taste for garnish
Preparation mode
In a bowl, combine peas, corn, carrots, potatoes, tuna, olives, onions, salt, pepper, lemon, and mayonnaise until combined. Transfer to a plate and refrigerate for 3 hours. Garnish with red onion, parsley and serve.
Mayonnaise Salad with cheese

- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots in cubes
- 1 cup thawed fresh beans
- 1 cup green olives (chopped)
- Parsley and sliced cherry tomatoes for garnish
- 1 can of green corn
- 1 cup cubed fried pork
- 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced provolone cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise (tea)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
Cook potatoes and carrots in boiling water until soft. Drain the water and let it cool. In a bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, peas, olives, corn, pork, mozzarella, provolone and mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper, and mix until the ingredients are combined. Garnish with parsley, cherry tomatoes and refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove from the fridge and serve.

Preparation mode

Cook potatoes, carrots and green beans in salted water until soft. Drain and let cool. Place in a bowl, add turkey breast, olives, mayonnaise, season with salt, mix and refrigerate for 1 hour. Transfer to a plate, garnish with potato wedges and serve.
