  • 1.2 kg of chicken thighs
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 sprig of chopped rosemary
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 orange juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 potatoes in thick slices

Mode of preparation:

Put the chicken in a bowl and season with garlic, onion, rosemary, oil, juice, salt and pepper. Cover and let rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Transfer to m and add potato and salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a plate and serve.

Barbecue sauce:

  • 2 cups of ketchup
  • 2 cups of water (tea)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) white vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

For the sauce, in a pan, combine the ingredients and bring to medium heat. Let it cook for 5 minutes after boiling. In a large greased refractory, prepare one chicken. Ingredients:

  • 1 kg skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 packets of powdered chicken stock
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 spoons of corn
  • Fried cassava to accompany

Mode of preparation:

Sprinkle the chicken with spices. In a pressure cooker, heat oil on high heat and brown the chicken. Add onions and cook for 3 minutes. Cover with water and add chicken broth. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15 minutes after the pressure is applied. Let the pressure release, open the pot and transfer the chicken to a plate.

In a pan, mix 1 cup (tea) of cooking water, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar and corn. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until slightly thickened. Shred the chicken and serve with fried cassava.

  • 1.5kg boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of corn flour
  • 1 packet of onion powder (68g)

Mode of preparation:

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and garlic and dip the chicken in this mixture. In a deep dish, mix flour with onion cream powder, pass the chicken through the mixture and prepare in the refractory. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.   • 1 kg of chicken thighs and drumsticks
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 slice of cabrese sausage, without slices
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon of colored powder
  • 2 cups of water (tea)
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 3 potatoes cut
  • 2 cubed manioc
  • 1 carrot cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (for sprinkling)

Mode of preparation:

Season the chicken with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pressure cooker on medium heat and fry the chicken until it turns brown.

Add pepperoni, onion, colored and fry for another 2 minutes. Add water, chicken stock, cover and cook for 10 minutes after starting the pressure. Turn it off and leave the natural pressure.

Open the pan, add the vegetables, adjust the salt and, if necessary, cover with more water. Cook with half the pan open for another 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
