Preparation mode

Grind 3/4 of the cookies in a blender, using the pulse button. Transfer to a bowl and mix the butter and egg whites until a uniform mass is obtained. Line the bottom with a 22cm diameter removable pan and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Preparation mode
