- 2 cups of water (tea)
- 2 cans of sour cream
- 1 cup(s) of cream cheese
- 100 g pork
- 1 frozen packet
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 500 g penne, rolled or rolled pasta
- grated chocolate Parmesan to sprinkle
Preparation mode
Dissolve the chicken stock in water, put it in a pressure cooker and add cream, sour cream, pork, peas, salt and pepper to taste. Add the pasta and mix with a spoon. Cover, bring to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes after starting the pressure. Turn it off and leave the natural pressure. Open the pan, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
vegetarian noodles

- 1 pack of noodles (500g)
- 3 liters of water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup (tea) of olive oil
- 1 can green corn (drained)
- 230g or 1 small glass of mushrooms
- 1 cup black olives
- 300g white cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 can of beans (drained)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chives (chopped)
Preparation mode
Cook the pasta in water with oil and salt for 20 minutes or until “al dente”. Drain and set aside. In a pan with medium heat, fry the onion in oil until golden. Add corn, mushrooms and olives. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add peas and chives. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Put the cooked pasta in the stirrer and add the sauce, mixing well. Pour the cubed cheese and take it to medium oven, preheated, for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
Macaroni with Chicken Sauce

- 1 package of fettuccine pasta (500g)
- Olive oil for drizzling
- grated chocolate Parmesan to sprinkle

- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 minced chicken breasts
- 2 packets of powdered chicken stock
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 chopped seedless tomato
- 2 cups of broccoli (cooked and chopped)
- 1 and 1/2 cups of sour cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
Drain, sprinkle with olive oil and reserve 1/2 cup (tea) of the cooking water.
In a pan, heat the oil on medium heat and fry the chicken made with chicken broth for 5 minutes.
Add onions, garlic and cook for 4 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the broccoli and the reserved cooking liquid.
Once it starts to boil, turn off the flame. Add sour cream and mix until completely dissolved.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix with the reserved macaroni, transfer to a refractory, sprinkle with Parmesan chocolate and serve immediately.
Pressure Cooker Noodles

Preparation mode
In a large pressure cooker over medium heat, fry the pork until all the fat has been released. Add the minced meat and fry until golden. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off the pan and add the pasta, chicken, sauce, tomatoes, sour cream and water. Cover the pan, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes after the pressure starts. Open the pan, adjust the salt if necessary, let it rest for 5 minutes and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.

- 1 cup canned corn (chopped)
- 1 cup tomato sauce (tomato sauce)

Preparation mode
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package or until al dente. For the sauce, heat a pan of oil and butter over medium heat and fry the meat and chicken until brown.
