- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 cups of arugula leaves
- 1 cup(s) of spinach leaves
- 100 g chopped turkey breast
Preparation mode
Dissolve the vegetables in water and pour over the couscous. Mix and soak for 30 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed. Mix tomatoes, cucumber, mint and olives.
