A light and delicious salad recipe

Salad is always a great nutritious, low-calorie food choice. But there are those who don’t like it because they don’t think it’s a good food.

Based on that, the editor of AnaMaria magazine. Karla PreciousHe chose three delicious salad recipes that will make your mouth water.

Arugula Salad with Mango and Cinnamon Dressing

EQUIPMENT

  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2/3 cup (tea) of olive oil
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • 1 mango in cubes
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters

CONDITIONS OF PREPARATION

In a blender, beat vinegar and mustard. Pour the oil in a stream until it thickens. Add salt, pepper and cinnamon. Tear the arugula leaves with your hands. On a plate, prepare greens, mango and cherry tomatoes. Stir in the sauce. And that’s it, your delicious salad is done! The dish makes up to 4 servings and has 365 calories per serving.
