A salad is a bright and sensible idea to accompany dishes at a New Year’s party; see how to prepare | the great river of the north

  • 1 large head of lettuce (to taste)
  • 150 g grated carrots, like medium-sized carrots
  • 250 g tomatoes like 3 to 4 medium-sized normal tomes

  • 100 g or ½ medium-sized pepper
  • 150 g or 3 slices of pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 150 g or 2 cups of whole, seedless grapes
  • 150 g or about 1 and ½ cups of coalho cheese, cut into cubes
  • 150 g or about 1 ½ cups of sliced ​​breast
  • 100 g or about 1 cup of peas
  • 100 g or about 1 cup of green corn
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 170 ml or 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • Juice of 1 doctor-sized lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

The preparation is simple and is done by mixing the ingredients in the order.

In a large container we will put carrots, chopped tomatoes and peppers. Then corn and beans.

In the list we will put fruits: pineapple and whole grapes. And finally, in this first step, we add proteins: coalho cheese and turkey breast.

With the help of a spoon, we will mix all the ingredients carefully to combine them.

When the salad is well combined, we will keep the preparations in the refrigerator.

In another box we will prepare the sauce. First we put olive oil, lemon, oregano, a little salt and black pepper. With the help of a fork we will combine preparation. Then we can finish with natural yogurt and mix some.
