Ingredients:

  • 150 g chopped pork
  • 600 g cubed chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cups (tea) of milk
  • 1 can of green corn
  • 1 box of sour cream (200g)
  • Salt, pepper and chopped chives to taste
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Mode of preparation:

In a pan, over medium heat, cook the pork in its fat, stirring until golden. Remove and drain on absorbent paper. Brown the chicken breasts in the pork fat and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan and saute the onion until soft. Sprinkle with flour and fry for 2 minutes. Beat the milk and half the corn in a blender until smooth. Slowly pour in the milk with the corn, stirring until golden. Add cream, salt, pepper and mix until intense. Add chicken, remaining corn, bacon, cheese and mix. Pour into a serving dish, sprinkle with chives and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh peas
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 8 chicken breast fillets
  • 1/2 onion grated
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) of dark wine

Mode of preparation:

Cook fresh peas in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, drain and set aside. Heat half of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and grill the fillets for 2 minutes on each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.

Fry the onion in the remaining butter in the same pan for 3 minutes and sprinkle it with flour, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Pour the wine and peas, stirring until it thickens. Drain the fillets and serve, if desired, with mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • Half a boneless and skinless chicken breast
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup broccoli (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted corn, ground
  • Soya oil

Mode of preparation:

Open the chicken breast fillet with the help of a sharp knife, making a rectangle. Gently press the fillets between two pieces of plastic wrap with a meat mallet until they are of uniform thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the cheese with the broccoli and divide between 4 fillets. Place the breast on the filling and secure with toothpicks. Go through the flour, egg beaten with a fork and finally the corn kernels, press well to confirm. Fry in a pan, little by little, in hot oil until golden and drain on absorbent paper. Serve with a green salad.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of chopped pork
  • 1 cup green olives (chopped)
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 can of prepared tomato sauce
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 can of sour cream
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup of cheese (200 g)
  • 2 large chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can of dried corn
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1.5 kg of boiled and mashed potatoes

Mode of preparation:

In a pan with medium heat, fry the pork and onion for 5 minutes or until golden. Add garlic, chicken breast, tomatoes, olives and tomato sauce and cook for 8 minutes on low heat. In a blender, beat the cream, curd and corn, put it in a bowl and mix it with the potatoes. Place the chicken stew in a medium saucepan, cover with potatoes and corn, spread the mozzarella cheese and take it to a medium oven, preheated, for 15 minutes or until brown. Serve, if desired, with salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of noodles (500g)
  • Basil leaves for garnish
  • 100 g grated mozzarella cheese

Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 500 g cubed chicken breast
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce (340 g each)
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Mode of preparation:

In a pan, cook the macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside. For the sauce, heat a pressure cooker on medium heat with oil and fry the onion and chicken for 5 minutes. Add water, chicken stock, cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes after the pressure starts.

Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally. Open the pan and stir the chicken with a spoon to break it up. Return to medium heat, add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Mix the sauce with cooked pasta, transfer to a plate and sprinkle with mozzarella. Place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes to brown. Remove, garnish with basil leaves and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 diced green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, diced
  • 600 g cubed chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 red onion in petals
  • 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1/2 chopped red pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup of broccoli in a bunch
  • 1 carrot, cut diagonally
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (shoyu)
  • chopped chives to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 1 cup skinless roasted peanuts

Mode of preparation:

Season the chicken with paprika and salt. In a wok or a large pot on medium heat, heat the sesame oil and brown the chicken. Remove and save. In the same pan, fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add pepper, broccoli, carrots and sauté, stirring, for 5 minutes.

Return the chicken to the pan and cook for another 4 minutes. Mix soy sauce, corn and water. Pour into the pan and stir until it thickens. Add peanuts and adjust salt if necessary. Sprinkle with chives and serve, if desired, with white rice garnished with parsley.
