Ingredients for Chicken and Cheese Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of margarine
- 4 boneless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) + 3 spoons of milk
- 100 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
Heat the margarine in a pan over high heat, brown the chicken and set aside on a plate. Sprinkle the flour in the same pan and fry for 2 minutes, stirring. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add cheese, salt, pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and let it heat for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, turn off and serve immediately.
