- 500 g of starch
- 1/2 US cup of oil
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon margarine
- 1 American cup of curd
- 2 eggs
- 200 g grated cheese
- 1 pinch of salt (be careful as the cheese is already salty)
Put half a kilo of flour in a bowl, then boil margarine and oil and pour it into the flour. Leave the flour to cool, then add the sauce and egg and start mixing. Finally, add the cheese and knead for a few more minutes to incorporate the cheese into the dough.
Then, just remove a piece of dough and shape cookies. Place in the oven at 180 ° C. The recipe makes 40 units.
