The main ingredients in this easy-to-cook dish are peanuts and cauliflower. The final touch is a delicious sauce that will please everyone.

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
6 radishes
1/2 red cabbage
3 carrots
30 g of peanuts
coriander
min qb
basil qb
2 onions
1 chilli or red pepper
30 ml of water
30 ml of soy sauce
30 ml of olive oil
2 lemons
1 teaspoon of sugar
salt qb
pepper to taste

Mode of preparation:
1- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Cut the cauliflower into pieces and place them on the oven tray. Toss the cauliflower with olive oil, add salt and pepper (to taste) and bake for 15 minutes.
two- Cut radishes, red cabbage and carrots into thin slices.
3- To make the sauce, chop the coriander, mint and basil and chop the onion and chilli or pepper. In a bowl, combine all these ingredients, water, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice and sugar. Then just mix.
4- Crush the peanuts by hand or use a mortar and pestle.
5- Mix roasted cauliflower, raw vegetables and sauce in a large bowl. Finally, add crushed peanuts.
