For my 15th birthday Hotel Fasano Rio de Janeirorestaurant category launched a commemorative menu specially prepared by chef Luigi Moressa for the occasion. The new recommendations, which will be available until the end of November, focus on traditional dishes from Grupo Fasano restaurants, presented in traditional Italian cuisine.

In the selection of starters, some options are Seared Tuna and Caponata with eggplant, tomato, onion, capers and celery, and Lamb Carpaccio with arugula, fried artichoke and balsamic vinegar reduction.

For main dishes, the chef prefers to use fresh pasta made in the restaurant, in addition to seafood and chicken. Some examples are the yellow and green tortelli filled with artichokes and taleggio (Italian cheese with a creamy texture), with hazelnut and mushroom powder, grilled octopus with rice venere, brown variety of Italian, served with cherry tomato sauce, more. virgin olive oil and herbs, stuffed with roasted quail with roasted polenta and foie gras, roasted chicken and roasted black breast in mushroom and sauce.

For dessert, the chef created two recipes: Cocoa pudding with hazelnut and amaretto biscuits and Mil-leaf filled with chocolate and milk with hazelnut syrup and mascarpone ice cream and Minas cheese.
