Ingredients (4 servings)

1 small minced garlic onion

1 and 1/2 spoons of lemon juice

4 tablespoons of olive oil

Minced thyme and basil leaves to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation mode

Combine the ingredients in a glass jar with a lid, close and shake well before serving.

Ingredients (4 to 6 servings)

4 spoons of lemon juice

1/2 cup of water

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 cup chopped green onion

1/4 cup basil leaf tea

1 onion of garlic

Pulp of 2 small avocados

salt to taste

1 seedless chili pepper, minced

Preparation mode

1. Save the pepper and beat the rest of the ingredients in a blender until combined.

2. Transfer to a bowl, add pepper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Serve with salads and sandwiches or as a cold soup.

3 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)

2 garlic cloves without core

1 lemon juice

salt to taste

1 tablespoon of water

1 teaspoon chopped parsley or mint (or substitute toasted sesame seeds)

Preparation mode

Save the leaves and mix the other ingredients in the blender until it becomes a sauce (if it is too thick, add water). Serve sprinkled with greens (or sesame).
