“Usually, we use the pulp and forget the peel. But with banana peels it is possible to make teas, breads and even fillets”, he calculated.

six large bananas

Mode of preparation:
Mix the cookies with butter or margarine until you get a smooth consistency. Spread this mixture on the bottom of the pan (preferably with a removable bottom) and bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for about ten minutes. Let it cool.
