Chickpea Salad Wrap Recipe

Ingredients for the dough:

• 3/4 cup chickpea flour
• 1 cup of warm water
• ½ c. salt salt
• 1 c. cumin tea powder
• Bunch coriander, finely chopped
• 1 c. olive oil tea

Ingredients for healthy filling:

• 1 can of cooked Compal beans, previously washed and drained
• 1/2 cup cubed pumpkin
• 4 to 5 kale leaves
• 1 c. paprika tea
• 1 c. cumin tea powder
• 1/2 c. saffron tea
• ½ c. salt salt
• pepper qb
• 2 c. Olive oil sauce

Plan:

1. Mix all the dough ingredients in a blender and get a uniform dough.

2. Once you have a shape, knead until you have a thin and elastic dough;

3. Grease the frying pan and put small pieces of dough and let it cook on both sides;

4. Place the ingredients on a plate and bake until golden;

5. Serve wrapped with Compal chickpea salad filling from Horta and vegetables and enjoy.

Chicken and egg salad

Ingredients:

• 1 can of Compal cooked chicken
• 3 eggs
• 1 onion
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 2 c. Olive oil sauce

Plan:

1. Put eggs to boil;

2. Drain and wash the beans well;

3. Put the beans in a pan with water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes;

4. Cut the onion into small cubes and chop the parsley;

5. Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters;

6. Remove the grain again;

7. Place the ingredients on a plate and season with oil, onion and parsley;

8. Serve with fresh tomato and lettuce salad and enjoy!
